Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Capitol Heights, MD is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles and greet customers. No experience required; training is provided to help you advance toward technician roles. You will help maintain clean, safe facilities and support teammates throughout the shift.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with competitive pay and benefits, plus opportunities for growth within Penske.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or prior work experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.
• Understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids and basic maintenance.
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs.
• Completing other tasks assigned by supervisor.
