Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing seeks a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Jessup, MD. You will fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles to ensure readiness before they hit the road, while greeting customers with a friendly welcome and sending them off with a smile.

You will participate in basic tire work and preventive maintenance under supervision, contributing to a safe, efficient facility and strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.
• Basic computer skills and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance.
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training to perform minor tire work and preventive maintenance.
• Completing other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
