Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Jessup, MD is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to fuel and wash vehicles, greet customers, and help keep our lots clean and safe. No previous experience is required as training is provided and the role offers a clear path toward becoming a technician.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm with a starting pay of $22.95 per hour. Penske provides career stability, competitive benefits, and opportunities for skill development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• The ability and willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies
• Regular attendance is essential
• Must pass DOT/physical/drug screening and related checks

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and making sure they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items are done
• Helping keep facilities clean, safe for customers and associates
• Building skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
