Job summary

Energy Recruiters is partnering with a leading regional petroleum distributor to fill a Fuel Sales Representative role in Central CA or Las Vegas, NV.

The position focuses on maintaining and growing product sales for existing customers and new accounts, with experience presenting to executives and creating sales plans to meet quotas. CRM proficiency and strong negotiation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in the petroleum or related industry.
• Proven ability to discover, negotiate and close deals.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize value-added activity.
• Experience with CRM tools and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow product sales to existing customers and develop new business in the assigned territory.
• Present to C-level executives, small to large business owners, operators and managers.
• Create sales plans and forecasts and monitor activity to meet or exceed quotas.
• Present customer solutions using company product and service offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market conditions and competitive activities.
• Be aware of industry trends that affect target markets.
