Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Fuel Reconciliation Analyst to provide daily support for fuel inventory management applications and perform BOL and store inventory reconciliations in Irving, TX.

You will analyze exceptions, review warnings, and ensure accurate reconciliation with supplier contracts. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred Accounting/3-way match reconciliation experience.
• Preferred fuel scheduling, fuel transportation or fuels accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for fuel inventory management applications.
• Perform daily BOL and store inventory reconciliation.
• Analyze and review all exceptions to ensure unmatched and unreconciled BOLs are accurately and timely matched and fully reconciled.
• Analyze and review warnings to ensure BOLs are being lifted at assigned terminals using accurate supplier contract.
• Report on all the misloaded BOLs and initiate correction process.
• Analyze carrier delivery plans to ensure information is accurately provided to assist with the inventory reconciliation.
• Analyze stores inventory to ensure all tank inventories are represented correctly and outstanding deliveries are reconciled to BOLs.
• Assist with system enhancements and testing of new functionalities.
• Assist with new terminals and suppliers set up related responsibilities.
• Support supply team and management with ad hoc projects as needed.
