You will shape the product roadmap for fuel solutions including POS and forecourt tech, while working with stakeholders to drive innovation and operational efficiency. The role requires strong product management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management experience to improve customer fueling experiences across a large retail network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering product initiatives in an Agile environment.
• Experience building and managing product roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into data-driven product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fuel-focused product portfolio from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Define roadmaps aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, operations, and stakeholders to deliver value.
• Prioritize backlogs balancing requests, value, and technical needs.
• Create business cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy based on data and market trends.
