Job summary

Publix Super Markets is seeking a fuel tanker driver to operate a refueling tanker and manage fuel logs in Boynton Beach, FL. You will locate trailers, check fluids, add necessary fluids, and assist in the bulk refueling process in compliance with regulations.

You'll use specialized computer fuel-management equipment, maintain accurate records, perform fuel audits, and keep equipment clean and detailed. Night and weekend shifts, safety-focused role with strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 20 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and authorization to drive a company vehicle.
• Be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time.
• Be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Be capable of generating and processing work on a computerized fuel-management system.
• Be able to read, write, and solve math problems.
• Be able to interpret, understand, and follow instructions.
• Must have the ability to work well with others and be a team member.
• Must show enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work and

Responsibilities

Year End Bonus

• Night differential: A $.75 per hour night differential is paid to associates regularly scheduled to work any hours between midnight and 3:00 a.m. (this does not include shifts that end at midnight or begin at 3:00 a.m.).
• Weekend differential: A $2.00 per hour weekend differential is paid to associates for hours worked between 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
