Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• One or more years of assembly and test experience.
• Demonstrate product and process knowledge by applying it to newly learned techniques.
• Able to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints, route sheets and test specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/test and overhaul/repair to support on-time delivery.
• Record test results using data forms and basic equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and test specifications to produce compliant assemblies.
• Maintain quality, cleanliness, and safety in the work area.
• Collaborate with team and participate in lean initiatives.
