Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of assembly and test experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, route sheets and test specifications.
• Strong mechanical reasoning and basic math skills.
• Ability to train less experienced team members and apply lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test moderate to complex products.
• Overhaul/repair multiple product families.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, and quality directives.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organized work area.
• Participate in lean initiatives and enhance cost savings.
