Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of assembly/test experience. The position offers a $1,000 signing bonus and a split-shift schedule with a starting hourly rate of $19.00 plus a $1.50/hour premium.

Qualifications

• One or more years of assembly and test experience.
• Able to read blueprints, route sheets and test specifications; perform basic calculations.
• Demonstrate product and process knowledge; apply learned techniques.
• Able to train less experienced team members and support lean initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderate assembly/test and overhaul/repair functions using tools and test equipment.
• Records test results on data forms with electrical equipment and measurement devices.
• Identifies malfunctions from test data and reworks as instructed.
• Interprets blueprints, orders, routes, and specifications to ensure conformance.
• Produces and inspects assemblies meeting product specifications and standards.
• Maintains safety, quality, and clean, organized work environment.
