Job summary

Crawford Oil is seeking a senior leader to oversee company-operated and dealer-operated Shell fuel operations, drive growth, and ensure brand standards across ~150 locations. You will manage relationships, optimize pricing and supply, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Retail Operations and Fleet Sales.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of fuel sales and business development experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record in retail fuel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Accurate and detail oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Driver’s License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fuel-related operations.
• Support dealer relationships and communicate regularly.
• Drive new business opportunities and expand the network.
• Ensure compliance with Shell brand standards across locations.
• Administer dealer fuel agreements and renewals.
• Monitor fuel performance, margins, and KPIs across the network.
