Job summary

The Crawford Group Nevada is seeking a Fuel Operations Leader to oversee fuel-related operations and dealer relationships across Shell-branded sites. The role focuses on maximizing fuel gallons, profitability, and long-term growth while ensuring Shell brand standards are consistently met.

Responsible for coordinating fuel supply agreements, driving new business opportunities, and providing cross-functional leadership across approximately 150 company-operated Shell locations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous sales experience.
• Accurate/detail oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate excel skills.
• Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
