Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; I&C strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of engineering experience with leadership roles.
• Experience with QA programs in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with modeling tools (ANSYS, Inventor, SolidWorks) and data management systems (PDM/PLM).
• Ability to influence others outside own area; strong contract knowledge and ability to manage work to terms.
