Job summary

ORD Fuel Operations at Chicago O’Hare International Airport seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the ORD Fuel Farm maintenance program. You will administer SAIM, manage asset records, and plan preventive and corrective maintenance for safe, reliable fuel storage and distribution.

Strong CMMS and Excel skills required, with 3–5 years of maintenance management experience. The role requires coordination with supervisors, technicians, Dispatch, and Operations to minimize outages and ensure safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; engineering/maintenance degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance management experience in aviation or fuel operations.
• Expert CMMS experience and ability to learn SAIM quickly.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance program for ORD Fuel Farm and ensure preventive and corrective work is documented.
• Administer SAIM including asset records, work orders, and maintenance schedules.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and recurring work orders with clear frequencies.
• Coordinate daily to long-term maintenance with supervisors and technicians to minimize outages.
• Track work, verify labor, parts, and findings, and close out with proper documentation.
• Maintain spare-parts records and support budgeting and equipment improvements.
