Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Fuels supervisor to lead site Fuels operations, ensuring compliance with the PWS and QMS, and coordinating with management and other functions. The role includes supervising staff, managing inspections, and reporting asset status, with travel allowable domestically and internationally.

The position requires experience in Fuels operations, strong PC/MS Office skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PC use, Windows OS and MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Experience supervising a diverse workforce is desired.
• Must possess a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years USAF or US Service supervisory experience required; ten years preferred.
• Fuels Operations familiarity and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Fuels employees.
• Coordinate Fuels priorities and support with management.
• Review inspections, asset status, inventory, and storage.
• Submit PQDRs and participate in CAWG for corrective actions.
• Ensure timesheets accuracy and overtime authorization.
• Verify technical inspections and safety data before shipping assets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and maintain training records.
• Review parts requirements and track timely receipt.
• Account for bulk fuel usage and reconcile receipts.
