Job summary

Prime, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Fuel Desk customer service and administrative professional to join our team. You will handle incoming calls, assist drivers, and issue wash purchase orders as part of daily operations.

The role requires strong organizational and computer skills, accuracy in typing (up to 45 WPM), and a flexible schedule including some weekends. On-site work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office.
• Typing accuracy up to 45 WPM.
• Experience with basic computer systems and data entry.
• Preferred knowledge of trucking/transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Issue wash purchase orders to vendors.
• Assist drivers to locate local fuel and wash stops.
• Troubleshoot drivers' fuel cards for issues.
• Answer and transfer calls from the main switchboard, after hours as needed.
• Process 300+ phone calls per day.
• Perform related administrative tasks.
