Job summary

Prime Inc. is seeking a Fuel Desk customer service and administrative professional to support drivers and wash vendors on an onsite basis. The role handles high-volume calls, issues wash purchase orders, and assists drivers with locating fuel and wash stops.

We value strong typing, multitasking, and reliable scheduling, with a 12-hour night shift (7pm–7am). Candidates working toward a Business degree or with related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the trucking/transportation industry preferred.
• Strong organizational, computer, and customer service skills required.
• Accurate typing up to 45 WPM.
• Multitasking and a flexible schedule required.
• Some weekend work will be necessary for this position.
• Working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is preferred; or 1–6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Issuing wash purchase orders to vendors.
• Assisting drivers to locate local fuel and wash stops.
• Troubleshoot drivers' fuel cards to determine the cause of issues at network or non-network stops.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls from main switchboard after hours when receptionists are off duty.
• Processes 300+ phone calls per day.
• Performs related work as required.
