Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a friendly Guest Services team member in our travel centers. You will greet guests, assist with needs, maintain the fuel island, and help keep the area clean and safe.

The role requires physical work and a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.53 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits such as meal discounts, health plans for full-time teammates, paid time off, and a supportive team environment

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Knowledge of trucking equipment is a plus.
