Kroger Family of Companies in Newnan, GA is seeking a Fuel Center Associate to assist customers, pump gas, operate the register, and maintain clean, safe fueling areas. You will perform daily inspections, complete incident reports, and support store initiatives while upholding our values of respect, integrity, and safety.

Responsibilities include customer service, cashier duties, answering phones, safe handling of spills, filing reports, and helping with displays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers and manage cash register.
• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Pump gas
• Complete daily tour and inspection
• Fill out incident and security reports
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department
• Perform cashier functions
• Answer telephones
• Comply with corporate policies
• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards
• Promote and follow company initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation.
