Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking staff for its fuel center to assist customers, pump gas, run the register, and keep the facility clean and safe. You will complete daily tours, incident and security reports, spill cleanups, and displays recovery while adhering to corporate policies.

• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and manage cash register.
• Pump gas.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department.
• Perform cashier functions.
• Answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.

• Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES
