Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Fuel Center Attendant to assist customers, pump gas, ring up purchases, and keep the fuel area clean and safe. You will complete daily inspections, submit incident reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and operate fuel center cashier functions.
• Pump gas and complete daily tours and inspections.
• Fill out incident and security reports as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and recover displays in the department.
• Address safety guidelines and company policies while on shift.
• Provide support and information to customers and minors when needed.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Promote and follow Kroger initiatives and procedures.

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service

• Pump gas

• Complete daily tour and inspection

• Fill out incident and security reports

• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report

• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department

• Perform cashier functions

• Answer telephones

• Comply with corporate policies

• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards

• Promote and follow company initiatives

• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures

• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
