Join us as a Fuel Center/Clerk at Kroger Mountain View Foods

Assist customers and manage the cash register. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and ensure compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
2. Pump gas
3. Complete daily tours and inspections
4. Fill out incident and security reports
5. Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Reports
6. Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of the department
7. Perform cashier functions
8. Answer telephones
9. Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines
10. Promote and follow company initiatives
11. Maintain knowledge of emergency plans, numbers, and procedures
12. Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
13. Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner
14. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
15. Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
16. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
17. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
