Job description

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities
  1. Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
  2. Pump gas
  3. Complete daily tour and inspection
  4. Fill out incident and security reports
  5. Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report
  6. Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department
  7. Perform cashier functions
  8. Answer telephones
  9. Comply with corporate policies
  10. Comply with all safety guidelines and standards
  11. Promote and follow company initiatives
  12. Maintain knowledge of emergency plans, numbers, and procedures
  13. Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  14. Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner
  15. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  16. Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues
  17. Support and assist through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults
  18. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications

MINIMUM

  1. Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  3. Ability to work without direct supervision
