Job summary

Kroger fuel center team member in Ohio is responsible for assisting customers, operating the register, pumping gas, and keeping the fuel area clean and orderly. You will perform daily inspections and document safety incidents while upholding Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Pump gas
• Complete daily tour and inspection
• Fill out incident and security reports
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department
• Perform cashier functions
• Answer telephones
• Comply with corporate policies
• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards
• Promote and follow company initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
