• Strong attention to detail with safety and quality focus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to technical issues.
• Ability to follow directions, meet deadlines, and work in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adherence to safety requirements and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide off-shift coverage of process engineering activities across multiple functional areas for fuel cell manufacturing.
• Respond to production line down scenarios; identify root causes, adjust parameters, and resume production; document activities.
• Understand and react to abnormal events; coordinate containment and countermeasures in a cross-functional environment.
