Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two or more years of related work experience preferred
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Customer service skills; ability to understand customer communication
• Must be 18 or older
• Basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, email; ability to read codes and instructions
• Dependable and thorough
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work at different locations and build professional relationships
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• DOT safety regulated position
• Safety-sensitive position

Regulated Service Employee Requirements

• Ability to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background check, and motor vehicle check
• Additional requirements may apply depending on location or account

Responsibilities

• Fuel, wash, and detail vehicles
• Perform multi-point inspections; check tire pressure and oil; report issues
• Record fuel activity and manage fuel and DEF inventories
• Move heavy-duty vehicles
• Perform minor maintenance tasks like tire repairs
• Maintain fuel island area to standards; perform facility and minor maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
