Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to one year of experience preferred; no experience required.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Customer service skills; ability to understand customer communication.
• Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and understanding codes and instructions.
• Must be 18 or older.

Ability to:

Preferred: Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A.

DOT safety-regulated position; requires driving Ryder vehicles. To become an employee, you must:

• Obtain CDL within 6 months of hire.
• Pass Ryder drug test, physical, road test, background check, and motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities:

• Fuel vehicles.
• Wash and detail vehicles; move heavy-duty vehicles.
• Perform multi-point inspections, check tire pressure, report issues.
• Record fuel activity, maintain fuel and DEF inventories.
• Maintain fuel island area to Six Sigma standards.
• Perform minor facility and vehicle maintenance, change tires.
• Inspect refrigeration units on trucks.
• Empty trash and perform other duties as assigned.
