Job summary

RTX is seeking a Foreign Trade Zone Administration Manager for the Atlanta, GA FTZ location in a hybrid role. The role leads FTZ operations, ensures compliance with ITAR, EAR, FTR, and CBP, and collaborates with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize processes and support regulatory excellence.

The position requires a senior background in FTZ/US trade compliance and a US citizenship, with a salary range of 107,500 USD to 204,500 USD, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of applicable work experience or Advanced degree with 5+ years.
• 5+ years of progressive US import/compliance operations experience.
• 5+ years of FTZ, US Customs compliance operations, or related trade regulations (ITAR, EAR, FTR).
• U.S. citizenship required due to access to controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FTZ site operations, including customs documentation, accounting, reconciliation, and waste management.
• Maintain full compliance with US import/export regulations with support from central Customs team.
• Prepare for and support audits, investigations, and internal reviews.
• Improve FTZ processes by partnering with IT, Supply Chain, and Finance and test software updates.
• Identify compliance risks and drive corrective actions.
