Qualifications

• Experience auditing FTZ/inventory processes.
• Proficient with WMS/ICRS or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Daily FTZ administration using third-party software.
• Review WMS transactions to ensure inventory movements are reflected in ICRS.
• Serve as primary escalation point for FTZ issues.
• Collaborate to map processes/transactions of new ICRS.
• Be the face of Arrow FTZ with internal/external customers and CBP.
• Develop and update FTZ SOPs and the FTZ Manual.
