JSI invites you to join our Anchorage team as an OSP Project Manager, responsible for leading large FTTH and middle mile fiber projects across multiple markets to expand broadband access. You will direct OSP Residents, coordinate with engineers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing complex OSP FTTH construction projects.
• Must reside in Anchorage, AK.
• Experience as an OSP Resident/OSP Engineer or similar preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the overall OSP FTTH project.
• Monitor construction progress and track budget/spending.
• Interface with client; provide regular status updates and align meetings.
• Coordinate with Engineer to ensure plans are understood and followed.
• Manage supply chain inventory and vendor relationships for quality work.
• Lead regular client/stakeholder/project-manager meetings to report progress.
• Ensure detailed project plan is followed and teams stay aligned.
• Support fast-paced workflow with multitasking and reprioritization.
• Lead with strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer focus.
