Job summary

JSI invites you to join our Anchorage, AK office as an OSP Project Manager, leading large OSP FTTH and Middle Mile network design and implementation projects that expand connectivity and support digital inclusion.

You will direct OSP Residents & Inspectors, oversee schedules and budgets, and partner across the organization and with the client to plan delivery, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, facilitation, and client relationship skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and drives the delivery of the overall OSP FTTH project.
• Monitor construction progress and oversee scheduling; track budget.
• Primary interface with the client; provide regular status updates and lead escalation discussions.
• Coordinate with the Engineer to ensure design plans are understood and followed.
• Manage supply chain inventory of materials and logistics.
• Build relationships with construction vendors to ensure on-budget construction.
• Run regular meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to report progress and manage risks.
• Ensure the detailed project plan is followed and team collaboration is maintained.
