The OSP Project Coordinator will lead cross-functional teams, manage relationships with contractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in civil, mechanical, or other similar engineering disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience managing complex OSP FTTH Construction projects as an OSP Resident or similar role is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage OSP Residents & Inspectors overseeing construction teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Provide updates to the team to manage risk, monitor finances, and report to the customer.
• Ensure each phase of work is delivered per the schedule.
