Job summary

JSI invites you to join our Anchorage, AK office as an OSP Project Manager, leading large FTTH and fiber-to-the-home projects. You will manage design and construction, coordinate with engineers, and oversee budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Reporting to the OSP management team, you will mentor residents and inspectors, manage risk, and maintain strong client relationships across markets while advancing broadband initiatives that expand connectivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing complex OSP projects including FTTH construction
• Must reside in Anchorage, AK
• Experience with OSP roles such as Resident or Engineer is a plus
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment and manage priorities
• Strong written and oral communication, professionalism and integrity

Responsibilities

• Oversees and drives the delivery of the overall OSP FTTH project.
• Monitor construction progress and scheduling; track budget to spending status.
• Interface with the client; provide regular status updates and lead escalation discussions.
• Coordinate with the Engineer to ensure plans are understood and followed.
• Manage supply chain inventory of materials and logistics.
• Build relationships with vendors for high-quality, on-budget construction.
• Lead client/stakeholder/project manager meetings to report progress and risks.
• Ensure the detailed project plan is followed and team remains aligned.
