Qualifications

• FTTH installation and termination experience.
• Knowledge of fiber-optic cable splicing and testing.
• 1–2 years broadband experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test FTTH networks at residential and business locations.
• Complete new connections, reconnections, disconnections, upgrades and service changes.
• Install and relocate outlets and interior/exterior wiring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve FTTH installation and service issues.
• Educate customers on equipment, services, and FTTH benefits.
• Document installation and maintenance activities accurately.
