WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone is hiring a Field Service Technician – FTTH to install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber-optic services for residential and business customers.

Qualifications

• FTTH installation and termination experience.
• Knowledge of fiber-optic cable splicing and testing.
• 1–2 years broadband communications experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in the field.
• Carry and safely operate a 32-foot ladder.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair broadband systems from customer equipment to exterior fiber terminal.
• Install, terminate, test Fiber-to-the-Home networks at residential and business sites.
• Handle connections, upgrades, downgrades, and service changes for multiple services.
• Install and relocate outlets and interior/exterior wiring.
• Document installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Follow safety and quality standards (WOW!, FCC, NESC, OSHA).
• Troubleshoot FTTH issues and perform network diagnostics.
• Educate customers on equipment, services, and FTTH benefits.
