Qualifications

• FTTH installation and termination experience.
• Knowledge of fiber-optic cabling and testing.
• Good communication skills with customers.
• Ability to troubleshoot field issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test FTTH networks at residential and business sites.
• Process connections, upgrades, downgrades, and service changes for internet, phone, and video.
• Install and relocate outlets, wiring, and fixtures.
• Connect equipment and verify service operation.
• Diagnose and resolve FTTH installation and service issues.
• Document installation, maintenance, and repairs accurately.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
