Zusammenfassung

PTR Global is seeking a Network Construction Lead for a long-term contract in Charlotte, NC. The role coordinates design, permitting, material acquisition, construction, and tie-in of OSP projects including FTTH delivery, working with contractors and multiple agencies to keep on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to drive projects from concept through turnover, with a focus on cost, quality, and timely execution while leveraging AI tools

Qualifikationen

• Experience in OSP construction, FTTH delivery or related coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, prints and splicing diagrams.
• Strong problem solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze problems and priorities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate design, permitting, material acquisition, construction, and tie-in for OSP projects.
• Monitor all aspects of projects, expediting or escalating to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals.
• Manage FTTH circuit installations with internal departments for workflow continuity and deadlines.
• Support budget management, route development, cost estimating, scheduling, and mapping.
• Identify pole ownership, ROW, and permit requirements for routes.
• Communicate with city, county, and state permitting agencies.
• Secure easements and licenses with property owners and railroads.
• Coordinate building entrance approvals and installations with building owners.
• Monitor contractor progress, quality, SLA adherence, and turnover.
• Read construction prints and attend coordination meetings as needed.
• Summarize potential solutions and recommend process improvements.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and decision making.
