Job summary

NEPHRON SC, LLC seeks an Operations Technology Automation Technician to support automation for manufacturing systems and lead startup activities. The role focuses on Rockwell PLCs, FactoryTalk View/Historian, and related software, with emphasis on integration and optimization of automated processes.

The ideal candidate will have PLC programming experience, familiarity with RSLogix/CompactLogix, and the ability to document procedures and specifications for project success.

Qualifications

• 1 year PLC programming experience on Allen Bradley controllers.
• Knowledge of Rockwell FactoryTalk Suite components.
• Electrical/Control system design and installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Automation support for manufacturing systems using Rockwell PLCs.
• Concentrated work on FactoryTalk Suite components (FactoryTalk View, Historian, AssetCentre).
• Develop and apply PLC/DCS and HMI programming.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (user guides, specifications).
• Lead startup and commissioning activities for projects.
