Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Loader in York, PA to load orders onto trailers for local stores. This full-time, 3rd shift role requires standing, lifting, and working with RF devices to ensure accurate, safe deliveries. Training is paid, with weekly pay and benefits from day one. You’ll join a team that values safety, efficiency, and community impact.

The position includes overtime as needed, and opportunities for career progression within ES3’s warehousing operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Inspect trailers before loading any product.
• Verify loading of orders by RF handhelds and voice headsets.
• Load full pallets securely into trailers and ensure stability.
• Inspect equipment and complete required forms.
• Safely lift varying case weights as needed.

As a Warehouse Loader, you’ll be part of a productive team, tasked with loading orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for energetic individuals who are highly organized and like to stay active. With each loaded trailer, you are committed to our braggingly happy customers.

Job Description

• $19 per hour + Incentive pay when you graduate training!
• Full Time - 3rd Shift - 8:30pm start until done (4 - 10s)
• Schedule will include weekend shifts
• Overtime / 5th day required as needed
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing electric pallet jacks and other equipment
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
