Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is hiring a Warehouse Loader for our York, PA facility. This full-time, 3rd shift role loads orders onto trailers, operates electric pallet jacks and RF handhelds, and requires safety-focused teamwork.

Colleagues work a fast-paced line with weekend shifts, overtime as needed, paid training, and benefits from day one. Start time is 8:30 PM at 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience operating material handling equipment and following safety procedures.
• GED or HS diploma required; ability to follow standard safety rules.
• Team-oriented with passion for helping others and communities.

Responsibilities

• Load orders onto trailers and secure pallets to prevent damages.
• Inspect trailers before loading and verify orders using RF devices or voice headsets.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and complete required forms.
• Occasionally lift 1–60 lb items and assist with inspections as needed.

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Loader, you’ll be part of a productive team, tasked with loading orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores. Job Description

Earn $19 per hour + Incentive pay when you graduate training! Full Time - 3rd Shift - 8:30pm start until done (4 - 10s) Schedule will include weekend shifts Overtime / 5th day required as needed Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406.

• Utilizing electric pallet jacks and other equipment
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
