Job summary

Canteen, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring a full-time Route Driver - SmartService in Exton, PA. You will deliver products on a set route, maintain vending machine inventory, and provide excellent service to clients.

Must have a valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, and be able to lift 50 lbs. The schedule is Monday–Friday with weekend availability; pay is $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid driver's license required for safe operation.
• Preferred 1-2 years’ customer service experience or related work.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle on scheduled route and deliver products.
• Maintain proper inventory levels for vending machines.
• Load/unload totes, move to machines, and restock as needed.
• Rotate products for freshness and monitor machine conditions.
• Provide excellent client and customer service at all times.
• Clean and sanitize vending machines and related equipment.
• Report equipment issues and maintain inventory data on handheld device.
