Job summary

Compass Group USA in Malvern, PA is hiring a full-time Route Driver - Vending to deliver products on an established route and service vending equipment. The role is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm, with opportunities for advancement and a professional image in client-facing settings.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of driving experience, a valid non-CDL Class C license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
• Preferred 1-2 years in a customer service role.
• Proficient with handheld computer; training provided.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness on client locations.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services; resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and promotional materials for customers.
• Accountable for all receipts of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash and product.
