Property

The Republic Hotel, opened in May 2023, is a 274-room hotel connected by a skybridge to the Republic Airways training center in Carmel, IN. The hotel is exclusively for Republic Airways flight attendants, pilots, air traffic control, and other team members attending training at their state-of-the-art training center.

Overview

The cleanliness of a hotel is crucial for guest satisfaction. Hotel housekeepers play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will help maintain the guest rooms and ensure a high standard of cleanliness, contributing to an outstanding guest stay. Experienced housekeepers have opportunities to advance into supervisory or management roles.

Your Role

• Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction
• Work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness standards
• Keep work carts organized and stocked
• Properly use equipment and supplies
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest areas
• Change linens daily and inspect linens and towels, following green standards
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards
• Respect guest property
• Care for equipment responsibly
• Report to work on time and follow scheduling and room issuance standards
• Remain courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to push and pull up to 75 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Hospitality experience preferred but willing to train
• Customer service-oriented and goal-driven

Compensation Range

$16.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
