Location Description

Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, just blocks from downtown and 20 minutes from Jackson Hole Airport, Snow King Resort Hotel offers stunning views of the Teton Mountain Range and a variety of activities and amenities. As Jackson’s largest venue, it features over 20,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor event space, 203 guest rooms, and luxury condo rentals.

The cleanliness and enjoyment of our recreational areas are key to guest satisfaction and repeat visits. The guest experience in our pool and outdoor activities is especially memorable.

We seek individuals with vibrant personalities and keen attention to detail to join as Tour Guide/Adventure Center Coordinator. The ideal candidate will create memorable guest experiences through attentive service and care, making lasting memories for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests as a concierge and address inquiries about the resort and Jackson area
  • Support front desk with bell service needs
  • Coordinate excursions with vendors, communicating offerings and planning itineraries in collaboration with the reservations team
  • Promote Snow King Adventure Tours, and occasionally lead tours
  • Deliver nightly resort activities as scheduled by the Adventure Center Manager
  • Use platforms like FareHarbor, Maestro, and Microsoft for bookings and logging
  • Respond promptly to phone, voicemail, and email inquiries
  • Manage inventory of Adventure Center supplies
  • Maintain knowledge of regional attractions and parks
  • Provide exceptional service and go beyond expectations
Tour Guide Responsibilities:
  • Lead energetic and engaging tours
  • Identify wildlife and share regional knowledge
  • Prepare tour materials and safety equipment
  • Follow safety guidelines and ensure guest compliance
  • Document safety incidents or violations
  • Coordinate with the Adventure Center for smooth tour operations
  • Maintain tour vehicles and report issues

Qualifications
