Position Overview

Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team! This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within a Fortune 500 company and a prestigious luxury brand.

As the city's first true luxury hotel and the only Forbes-recommended hotel in the state, this 23-story tower features 24/7 guest rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and three food and beverage outlets: The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

Classification: {Full-Time}

Shift: Various – must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks when required.
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supplies daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Perform guest turn-down service as needed.
