Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative in Midland, MI to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand. You will be the energetic face of the store, delivering outstanding service and guiding customers through devices and plans.

In this role you will meet monthly revenue goals, build lasting relationships, and work with store leadership on daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail and/or sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide world-class service.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and team members across channels.
• Open/close store and handle cash/deposits per operations standards.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, and personal workstation.
• Assist customers with activations, changes, and bill payments; upsell accessories.
• Achieve and exceed assigned performance metrics.
