Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour. The role requires a PTA license and offers a path for professional growth within Enhance Therapies.

Qualifications

Must be licensed as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
