Job summary

Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI seeks a full-time caregiver for the overnight shift (10:00pm–6:00am). The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, providing physical and emotional support, and documenting care per service agreements.

Qualifications

• WI CBRF Certification preferred.
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living (preferred).
• Registered as a CNA, HHA or CNA (preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and act in resident's best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as indicated on the service agreement.
• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence.
• Provide residents with physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per service agreement.
• Observe clients and report changes in condition to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement and redirection.
• Complete required documentation daily, service schedule and related records.

Caregiver Job Details:

• Hours - Full-Time
• Schedule - Overnight 10pm-6am
• Pay Range - $16.00 - 21.00 / hour (based on experience)

Caregiver Responsibilitie s:

• Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

Caregiver Qualifications:

• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.

Hours:

• Overnight Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am FULL TIME (32 hours/week) and PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) HOURS with pick up opportunities
