Job summary

Sunnyslope Nursing Home in Ohio is seeking a dedicated STNA to deliver compassionate resident care and support daily activities. You will take vital signs, assist with bathing, grooming, nutrition, and mobility while collaborating with licensed nurses to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Certified nursing assistant (CNA) license or eligible to sit for CNA exam.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Long-term care experience, good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Measuring and recording height and weight, intake and output.
• Caring for the resident's environment.
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assisting with eating and hydration.
• Observing resident's skin and reporting changes to licensed nurse; providing skin care as needed.
• Meeting resident's mental health and social service needs.
