Job summary

Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our night shift team from 7p to 7a. This role offers full-time or part-time hours in a caring, professional environment where residents come first.

You will assist with daily resident care, maintain dignity and safety, and document care accurately while following facility policies. Certification is required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification is required.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to use proper lift technique and equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect residents' personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
